I am the President of Junior Achievement of BC and had the pleasure of working with Nathalie in both my CEO Leadership Forum and in my capacity at Junior Achievement. Nathalie and I first met in 2014 when we joined the MacKay CEO Forums. MacKay CEO Forum specializes in accelerating CEO and Executive performance through results oriented, professional led peer groups for leading the Best Managed companies. Nathalie was a strong contributor to our group and could always be counted on to provide insight, expertise, wisdom and a fresh and world-wide perspective to issues on the table. I was impressed with Nathalie’s engagement and genuine desire to contribute to the group and more broadly to her community; so much so, that I invited her to volunteer for Junior Achievement. Frankly I saw her as a natural fit for our organization. I knew that her enthusiasm, and engaging personality would build instant rapport with JA students and be highly motivating for them. Nathalie delivered an Economics for Success Program to grade nine students last year. This is an all-day program that required Nathalie to maintain not only the interest and engagement of the students but also earn the confidence and respect of the teacher. Nathalie did not disappoint, she did an outstanding job and as a result Junior Achievement has been invited back to the school again this year. Nathalie is a team player who works in collaboration. She is innovative, and excels at communication. She is also highly skilled at building trusted relationships and is a strong leader.
