This document provides information about a push/pull competition to benefit Toys for Tots. The competition will take place on December 1st from 1:00-5:00PM at Impact Fitness Center in Biddeford, Maine. Participants can enter classes to deadlift, bench press, or both, and must donate a new, unwrapped toy per class entered. Weigh-ins will be from 11:00AM-12:00PM, and the competition will use the Schwartz Malone formula to determine winners.
