The McWhorter School of Building Science at Auburn University is one of the oldest construction programs in the US, established in 1945. It is housed within the College of Architecture, Design & Construction and has a large undergraduate program that graduates 120 students per year with BS degrees in Building Construction. The school has strong industry support and partnerships. It also offers study abroad programs, student competitions, and is housed in a LEED Gold building with a diverse faculty with both academic and industry experience.
