This product is an air-curing dry lubricant anti-friction coating composed of solid lubricants, solvents, and a binder. It provides avoidance of stick-slip, high ageing resistance, and is suitable for metal/metal combinations with slow to medium fast movements and high loads. The coating is applied by spraying or brushing in a dry film thickness of 5 to 20μm and cures after 5 minutes at 23°C. It has a usable life of 24 months when stored at or below 20°C.
