Gary has been a corporate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors,
Geomatics Division (Land Surveying) for over 12 years.

He was awarded in 2011 the Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in
Expert Witness Evidence (LETAPAEWE) accredited by Edexcel at a level 7 (Masters level)
BTEC and approved by the RICS.

Gary has extensive survey experience within the public and private sectors and has
provided numerous surveys for government, educational and financial institutions, as well
as a broad range of commercial clients including Architects, Engineers, Developers,
Solicitors and other professional consultants.

Specific experience relating to the Boundaries, Rights of Way and Leases:

As part of his varied workload Gary provides professional advice and surveys to assist clients
and their Solicitors in understanding and addressing issues in relation to legal boundaries
and rights of way. Plans are produced in accordance with Land Registry requirements and
are accompanied by a photographic record, as well as a written report prepared in
accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules.

Similarly surveys for lease plans are undertaken in accordance with the RICS Code of
Measuring Practice providing Gross Internal (GIA) and Net Internal (NIA) areas, as well as
more detailed accommodation schedules in spreadsheet format.

       Teddington Memorial Hospital, Middlesex
              Topographic Survey for a new extension to the hospital, followed by advice
              and additional survey work to address boundary issues with a number of
              neighbours to the site - ongoing

Guildford College
        Merrist Wood Campus
                Professional advice and guidance to the College Vice Principal to address
                encroachment and boundary issues for a large area of agricultural land in
                Surrey.

Eastern Kent and Coastal Kent NHS
        Old Ashford Hospital, Ashford, Kent
                Professional advice and guidance to the Hospital Trust in relation to a
                redevelopment scheme, including part disposal of the site. This involved an
                initial assessment and report relating to multiple titles neighbouring the
                site. Supervision of clearance to preserve boundary features.
                Reestablishment of missing boundaries and liaison with fencing contractors.
                Liaison on behalf of the Trust with neighbours to identify and resolve issues
                around encroachment. Provision of a detailed survey plan to assist the
                design team and land agent. Subdivision of the site by setting out on site
                the new boundary - ongoing
