WHAT WE DO 40Shore Africa applies rubber, ceramic epoxy and spray painting, giving customers complete corrosion and wear resistance, resulting in protection of stationary storage and mobile transportation steel tanks from chemical compound corrosion and compound abrasion, enabling long-lasting spill free, storage and keeping equipment operational. Where required we assist with application training and setting up lining facilities at customers’ premises. We also offer specialised training across Africa. John has developed a unique method of lining an equestrian knock down theatre room. This method protects the horse from any potential injury it could sustain before and after a surgical procedure. We are suppliers of high quality paints, natural and synthetic rubber as well as ceramic tiling products, marketing a wide range of cured and uncured calendared sheeting and allied products as well as alumina ceramic tiles. To further enhance our product offering, we also supply and service a wide range of pumps, screens, gear boxes and other conveyor related equipment. Between the directors we have over 90 years’ experience in servicing various industries i.e. mining, petrochemical, steel construction. Our company’s main focus is the provision of abrasion, impact and corrosion protection solutions i.e. blasting, rubber, ceramic and steel. We operate from an 86 000 square meter facility within which we are able to do sand blasting, spray painting, rubber, ceremic and steel lining. Our work area allows us to take on the largest projects in the industry. To further enhance our product offering we supply the following mechanical components i.e. rubber hoses, adhesives, conveyor belting, pumps, gearboxes, screens, conveyor related products as well as tools.
