1. Safety guidelines
 After receiving the product, please check whether the package and appearance are intact, and
check whether the model is consistent with the purchased product;
 Working environment of product use: -20~+60℃ (temperature), 0%~93% (humidity);
 Network environment: CSQ is greater than 12, and normal communication can be made;
 Make sure the installation is firmly fixed;
 An independent ball valve should be installed at the front end of this product installation for
equipment maintenance;
 Please keep all the original packaging materials properly, so that when there is a problem, you
can use the packaging materials to package the products and send them to the manufacturer
for treatment. The company does not assume any responsibility for the accidental damage
caused by non-original packaging materials during transportation.
 This equipment can only be installed, connected, debugged and maintained by qualified
professionals (such as electricians) who have been trained. It is necessary to fully comply with
the guidelines of the User Manual, relevant application specifications, laws and regulations, and
have the corresponding qualification certificates (related to the application conditions).
 Before installing this equipment, the installer must read the User Manual and understand and
comply with the provisions therein.
 The equipment shall not be modified or repaired unless permitted by the User Manual.
 When this equipment is repaired, it must be clearly allowed to repair and use the original
equipment.
 The IOT monitoring terminal will connect to the network and send data according to the sending
time interval set by the user. After the data is successfully sent, it can be sent in real time by
pressing the button briefly. If the meter fails to enter the network after several attempts, the
meter will enter the low-power mode and the wireless icon will disappear from the screen.
 Do not use the product for other purposes or modify the product, otherwise the company will
not be responsible for the resulting accidents.
 Non-professionals, please do not open the front cover or rear cover of the product at will to
avoid misoperation and equipment failure;
 If there is any abnormal phenomenon of the product, please contact the after-sales technical
personnel of the company for maintenance (the technical support contact information is at the
end of the page. The company shall not assume any responsibility for any problems caused by
unauthorized modification or maintenance).

 For the safe use of this device, please read this manual carefully before using it. After reading
and understanding it, keep it in a designated place for your reference at any time.
2 Overview
The 4G Temperature Monitoring Terminal (hereinafter referred to as the IOT Monitoring Terminal) is a low-power,
wireless communication-enabled smart instrument. Relying on a mature 4G network, it achieves wireless transmission of
on-site instrument data to the cloud platform. The product allows users to set parameters such as high/low alarm values,
fluctuation thresholds, upload times, collection frequencies, and alarm switches via buttons on the terminal. It also
enables remote customization of these parameters through the cloud platform, allowing users to view real-time and
historical data online, ensuring accurate and timely information about the site. The instrument uses a large-capacity
lithium battery to provide stable and reliable power, ensuring safe operation for over 3 years (1 hour per upload). The
independently developed low-power system not only provides on-site data to users through an LCD screen but also
supports wireless module connectivity
Data transmission, integrating data into the user's own cloud platform. Powerful control algorithms enable practical
functions such as signal breakpoint continuation, automatic mode switching, real-time pressure fluctuation alerts, and
one-click awakening. The primary application areas are in outdoor or environments with inconvenient power supply,
such as heating, water supply, oil, and gas pipelines, for temperature or pressure monitoring. Data including the device's
power consumption, signal strength, pipeline temperature information, and alarm information are transmitted in real-time
to the monitoring center via wireless networks. The monitoring center stores, analyzes, queries, and processes alarm
information, achieving wireless signal transmission and information exchange without on-site wiring, saving labor and
construction costs, and helping users achieve timely and efficient pipeline supervision. This product supports the
combined use of multiple sensors for temperature, pressure, and flow.
2.1 Product features.

2.3 Parameter interpretation
2.3.1 Upload time interval
Upload time interval is the time interval for the instrument terminal to upload data regularly. This option has
1min~9999min. Users can consider it comprehensively

2.3.2 Sampling time interval
The sampling interval is the time interval for the instrument terminal to periodically sample data. This option ranges from
1S to 9999S. When sampling, if the obtained data reaches an alarm value (such as exceeding the fluctuation threshold,
higher than the high alarm value, or lower than the low alarm value), it will immediately send a data alarm to the cloud.
Users can consider both actual needs and product battery life settings comprehensively.
2.3.2 Wave threshold
This function is to provide users with alarm information when the temperature fluctuation of the pipe network exceeds
the threshold, so that users can grasp the network in real time

Temperature status, the fluctuation threshold menu of the instrument terminal can set the temperature fluctuation
threshold. When the current collected temperature value is different from the last collected temperature

If the fluctuation alarm condition is not met, the alarm information will be cleared.
2.3.3 Low alarm value
This function is to provide users with the pipe network temperature low monitoring function. When the measured
temperature is less than the set low temperature alarm value, the alarm message will be triggered
If the value is greater than or equal to zero, the last low report alarm is cleared.
2.3.4 High alarm value
This function is to provide users with pipe network over-temperature monitoring function. When the temperature
measured this time is higher than the alarm value set in the menu, an alarm message will be triggered

2.3.5 Online data
Online data refers to real-time data that can be seen on the cloud platform. For example, if a user chooses to upload data
at 5min, online data is the latest data collected every 5min that the cloud platform can see. It can be uploaded to the cloud
platform and implemented for historical storage.
2.3.6 Alarm information
The current real-time pressure value is detected to be higher than the high alarm value set in the menu, and the high
alarm information is sent to the cloud platform
The current real-time pressure value is detected to be lower than the low alarm value set in the menu, and the low alarm
information is sent to the cloud platform
The current real-time fluctuation value is detected to be higher than the fluctuation value set in the menu, and the
fluctuation alarm information is sent to the cloud platform
2.3.8 ICCID number and IMEI number
The ID number of the SIM card No. ICCID, which can be used to query traffic, pay bills, etc.
IMEI The IMEI number of the wireless module, which needs to be provided when registering the network connection
cloud platform

To install correctly, follow these points:
1. The pressure pipe should be as short as possible and avoid sharp bends.
2. The installation slope of the pressure pipe should not be less than 1:12 to avoid sedimentation.
3. Before connecting the pressure pipe to the transmitter, it is best to flush the measured medium.
4. If the medium is liquid, the pressure pipe should be completely emptied.
5. The layout of the pressure pipe shall allow bubbles in the measured liquid or sediment in the measured gas to flow
back into the process pipe.
6. There shall be no leakage during the installation of pipelines.
4 Button and menu instructions
Left key: backlight switch / shift / send M key: menu Settings / confirmation Right key: power voltage / temperature

Long press the left button to enter the shutdown state when "OFF" appears. No data is sent during shutdown. In this state,
the IOT monitoring terminal consumes the least power, but it also stops collecting and uploading pressure data. To
resume operation, long press the left button again after shutting down; the screen will display "ON." After turning on, the
device first connects to the cloud, showing "COON." Once connected successfully, it exits the connection status and
displays normally. At this point, a marker appears at the bottom left corner, indicating a successful
network connection.
4.1 Networking
The IOT monitoring terminal will connect to the network and send data according to the sending time interval set by the
user. After the data is successfully sent, it will be sent through a short press of the button,
The display temperature can be changed by visual switching, and the display pressure value can be automatically
switched. If the meter fails to enter the network after several attempts, the meter will enter the low-power mode
(The table will normally collect data), and the wireless icon will disappear from the screen.
2.3.6 Offline data and reissue
Offline data is the on-site data cached when the device cannot normally enter the network to upload data. When the
device fails to upload data, the device will

after the network condition of the device is restored.
In general, if the data is uploaded once an hour, the offline data can be stored for 3-4 months without network.
4.2 Switching between interfaces
The product can display pressure, temperature, voltage values, and signal values in a loop by pressing the right button for
a short time. When the signal value is greater than 41, the signal is good, and data transmission is relatively stable with a
high success rate; when the signal value is greater than 31 but less than 41, the signal stability is relatively poor, which

may affect the transmission success rate; when the signal value is less than 26, the signal stability is poor, and the
probability of transmission failure is relatively high, affecting the transmission success rate.
4.3 Menu
Short press the M key to enter the menu password setting; the first group of menu passwords is 0008;

7 Transportation and storage
After calibration, the instrument is packaged in a carton (GB/T 13384-2008) to protect it from damage.
After the IOT monitoring terminal is turned off, it should be clean, dry and cool (preferably at +20 degrees or lower
temperature environment, and not more than +30

information.

close the rear cover and rotate clockwise to lock the rear cover to achieve waterproof effect;

The company does not assume any responsibility for the accidental damage caused by non-original packaging materials during transportation.  This equipment can only be installed, connected, debugged and maintained by qualified professionals (such as electricians) who have been trained. It is necessary to fully comply with the guidelines of the User Manual, relevant application specifications, laws and regulations, and have the corresponding qualification certificates (related to the application conditions).  Before installing this equipment, the installer must read the User Manual and understand and comply with the provisions therein.  The equipment shall not be modified or repaired unless permitted by the User Manual.  When this equipment is repaired, it must be clearly allowed to repair and use the original equipment.  The IOT monitoring terminal will connect to the network and send data according to the sending time interval set by the user. After the data is successfully sent, it can be sent in real time by pressing the button briefly. If the meter fails to enter the network after several attempts, the meter will enter the low-power mode and the wireless icon will disappear from the screen.  Do not use the product for other purposes or modify the product, otherwise the company will not be responsible for the resulting accidents.  Non-professionals, please do not open the front cover or rear cover of the product at will to avoid misoperation and equipment failure;  If there is any abnormal phenomenon of the product, please contact the after-sales technical personnel of the company for maintenance (the technical support contact information is at the end of the page. After reading and understanding it, keep it in a designated place for your reference at any time. 2 Overview The 4G Temperature Monitoring Terminal (hereinafter referred to as the IOT Monitoring Terminal) is a low-power, wireless communication-enabled smart instrument. Relying on a mature 4G network, it achieves wireless transmission of on-site instrument data to the cloud platform. The product allows users to set parameters such as high/low alarm values, fluctuation thresholds, upload times, collection frequencies, and alarm switches via buttons on the terminal. It also enables remote customization of these parameters through the cloud platform, allowing users to view real-time and historical data online, ensuring accurate and timely information about the site. The instrument uses a large-capacity lithium battery to provide stable and reliable power, ensuring safe operation for over 3 years (1 hour per upload). The independently developed low-power system not only provides on-site data to users through an LCD screen but also supports wireless module connectivity Data transmission, integrating data into the user's own cloud platform. Powerful control algorithms enable practical functions such as signal breakpoint continuation, automatic mode switching, real-time pressure fluctuation alerts, and one-click awakening. The primary application areas are in outdoor or environments with inconvenient power supply, such as heating, water supply, oil, and gas pipelines, for temperature or pressure monitoring. Data including the device's power consumption, signal strength, pipeline temperature information, and alarm information are transmitted in real-time to the monitoring center via wireless networks. The monitoring center stores, analyzes, queries, and processes alarm information, achieving wireless signal transmission and information exchange without on-site wiring, saving labor and construction costs, and helping users achieve timely and efficient pipeline supervision. This option has 1min~9999min. Users can consider it comprehensively Specific requirements and product battery life Settings. 2.3.2 Sampling time interval The sampling interval is the time interval for the instrument terminal to periodically sample data. This option ranges from 1S to 9999S. When sampling, if the obtained data reaches an alarm value (such as exceeding the fluctuation threshold, higher than the high alarm value, or lower than the low alarm value), it will immediately send a data alarm to the cloud. Users can consider both actual needs and product battery life settings comprehensively. 2.3.2 Wave threshold This function is to provide users with alarm information when the temperature fluctuation of the pipe network exceeds the threshold, so that users can grasp the network in real time

When the measured temperature is less than the set low temperature alarm value, the alarm message will be triggered If the value is greater than or equal to zero, the last low report alarm is cleared. 2.3.4 High alarm value This function is to provide users with pipe network over-temperature monitoring function. When the temperature measured this time is higher than the alarm value set in the menu, an alarm message will be triggered If the value is less than or equal to zero, the last high report alarm will be cleared. 2.3.5 Online data Online data refers to real-time data that can be seen on the cloud platform. For example, if a user chooses to upload data at 5min, online data is the latest data collected every 5min that the cloud platform can see. The installation slope of the pressure pipe should not be less than 1:12 to avoid sedimentation. 3. Before connecting the pressure pipe to the transmitter, it is best to flush the measured medium. 4. If the medium is liquid, the pressure pipe should be completely emptied. 5. The layout of the pressure pipe shall allow bubbles in the measured liquid or sediment in the measured gas to flow back into the process pipe. 6. There shall be no leakage during the installation of pipelines. 4 Button and menu instructions Left key: backlight switch / shift / send M key: menu Settings / confirmation Right key: power voltage / temperature value / value modification, Long press the left button to enter the shutdown state when "OFF" appears. No data is sent during shutdown. In this state, the IOT monitoring terminal consumes the least power, but it also stops collecting and uploading pressure data. To resume operation, long press the left button again after shutting down; the screen will display "ON." After turning on, the device first connects to the cloud, showing "COON." Once connected successfully, it exits the connection status and displays normally. At this point, a marker appears at the bottom left corner, indicating a successful network connection. 4.1 Networking The IOT monitoring terminal will connect to the network and send data according to the sending time interval set by the user. After the data is successfully sent, it will be sent through a short press of the button, The display temperature can be changed by visual switching, and the display pressure value can be automatically switched. If the meter fails to enter the network after several attempts, the meter will enter the low-power mode (The table will normally collect data), and the wireless icon will disappear from the screen. 2.3.6 Offline data and reissue Offline data is the on-site data cached when the device cannot normally enter the network to upload data.
