- 2. Problem statement Through this study, development of ecotourism activity in the context of conservation and sustainable use of tropical forest can give impact to the surrounding area. This research study is based on identify what of the environmental impact on the ecotourism activity at the Penang National Park management have been done and caused by the tourist activity. How is this relationship affected to the conservation of the environmental value . Ecotourism is one of the part in the tourism industry. National park in Malaysia is a one of the part which is have so many attraction place for tourist. So, this study is more focuses on degradation nature by tourism development and tourist activity. what are types of tourist activity at the Penang National Park How the activity which is give impact to the environmental at the Penang National Park Objective To identify the types of tourist activity available at the Penang National Park To identify the indicators of tourist activity which have an impact on the environmental at the Penang National Park
- 3. Penang National Park ( Taman Negara Pulau Pinang in Bahasa Malaysia known as the Pantai Acheh Forest Reserve. Covering an area of 2,563 hectares (9.9 sq mi), it is the smallest national park in the world. It is located on the North-Western tip of Penang Island.
