Our Communication Professionals
One of the largest employers of interpreters
in the UK, the RAD interpreting staff team is
enhanced by a pool of experienced freelance
Communication Professionals.
Using only professionals registered with
NRCPD (National Register of Communication
Professionals working with Deaf and
Deafblind people), we are able to assure that
every Communication Professional provided
by us is subject to professional codes of
conduct, complaints procedures and is in
receipt of a current Enhanced Criminal Record
Bureau check.
In addition to an excellent in-house Continuing
Professional Development (CPD) programme,
our staff interpreters receive regular
supervisions from a more senior interpreter
and are subject to annual observations from an
independent qualified assessor.
