While getting a six pack in a week is unlikely, it is possible for those already in decent shape who are willing to do intense training and follow a strict diet plan. The key is doing aerobic exercises until exhaustion, weight training with light weights for high reps, resting 7-8 hours per night, drinking only water, staying active even at rest, and staying positive during the difficult week-long process. This extreme routine should only be done short-term and is not a healthy long-term diet or exercise plan.
