Team project that I am on: Customer Service
1) Write a short description of your role, and your personal responsibilities, on your class project.
My role in my team is collect opinion from the customer, explain to customer about our products and
services and give the opinion of the customer to other team to improve the quality. I’m also joining with
my Vice President, Mr. Hieu to make tiramisu to sell to our customers.
2) Why would your Vice President hire you for the job?
I’m good at understanding customer’s needs, I know how to communicate with different kind of
customer, I know how to persuade people to buy product and my colleague to listen to what I have to say
and make them believe in it. I’m also a hard working person. So if my Vice President decides to choose
me for the job. In the future, he will find out that I’m worth much more than just a staff.

5) Describe your Core Competencies.
My expertise is my communication skill, which will help me a lot in my profession. When the customer
have problem with the company’s service or product, the first thing they want to do is to contact with the
company and complaining about the problem. What they need is someone that do listen to them, give
them an apologize and give them the better thing for the next time, not the one that try to protect their
product or service, ignore what the customer said and try to anger them. I know what the customer really
need, make them feel safer when they use the company product. So with me, the company may improve
the quality in their Customer Service team and it can make the company stronger.
