7C Model of E.Content Development
 The delivery of a learning, training or education
program by electronic means.
(Derek Stockley 2003)
 “E-learning is the use of technology to deliver
learning and training programs”
(E-learning portal, 2009).
 “E-learning is add-on functions in conventional
classrooms to full substitution for the face-to-face
meetings by online encounters”
(Guri-Rosenblit, 2005).
 Gustafson and Branch (2002) claim that
“models help us to conceptualize
representations of reality”; and that
“models explain ways of doing” they
explained ID model in four steps Analysis –
Design – Development and –
Evaluation
 Braxton, Bronico, and Looms, Morrison, Ross and
Kemp(2004) IDM model
 Beck and Schornack (2003) I-P-O model
 Royce in 1970 ADDIE model
