Priority : In-depth telephone consult within an hour; diagnosis and treatment (including prescription medication if necessary). By Appointment : In-depth telephone consult at a time convenient to the patient; diagnosis and treatment (including prescription medication if necessary). E-Consult : Online consult at any time via Consult A Doctor’s secure messaging system; informational in nature, general medical advice, and Q&A.
