Fort é  Coaching Outcomes Assess 12 Key Areas of every financial planning practice Define and commit to the future view of the business: 5, 10 and 20 years out, including a succession plan Clarify and be able to articulate why a prospect or client would want to engage in your firm and its services Assess and  score  each client – including their financial profitability, repeat purchases, cost of acquisition and referrals gained Determine the most profitable and effective marketing strategies for acquiring clients Design a strategic plan on how to best acquire those clients Create an effective plan for transitioning the less profitable clients away from the primary advisor, if not out of the practice altogether Recreate the client experience, designing a process that delivers an extraordinary client experience

Who Is Fort é Coaching  for? I need more affluent, high net worth clients I need to grow more aggressively I’m under too much stress I need better systems and structures in my business I need more net income – greater profit This business is too dependent on  me! I’m not sure who my  best client  is I’m not sure exactly why clients should buy from me I’m not crystal clear on what my short-, mid- and long-term visions are I’m not crystal clear on how to get to there from here I can’t imagine how to work less than I am, without sacrificing growth and/or profit I don’t have an effective strategy in place for acquiring clients I don’t know how to articulate the value of working with me
