AAESC Search Process Expected Time to Completion – Client Dependent, Averages 4 Days PHASE 1: Search Assessment, Review, and Specification PHASE 1: Average Time To Completion 4 Days Presentation of Comprehensive Search Specification This document becomes the search roadmap.  Ranging in length from four  to seven pages, it is comprised of five components;  1. Company Positioning,  2. Opportunity Positioning, 3 Job Description, 4. Minimum Qualifications, and  5. Performance Expectations. AAESC Value Add – Listen to client’s needs, perform market analysis, advise best course of action Needs Analysis Candid discussions are held with appropriate executives to gain a thorough understanding of company operations, objectives, and the specific talent required.  AAESC Value Add – Objective feedback on compensation issues, assist in structuring performance expectations,  provide industry insights Develop Target Company List List of companies or organizations from which AAESC will recruit. AAESC Search Process PHASE 2: Candidate Identification, Sourcing and Market Review PHASE 2: Time To  Completion 20 Days Expected Time to Completion – 20 Business Days from Client Approval of the Search Specification Primary Research AAESC conducts fresh, original, and targeted research for each assignment we undertake including in-depth direct sourcing of target companies as well as organizational charts/mapping of competitive companies. AAESC Value Add – Vibrant, dynamic approach to sourcing candidates rather than depending on a stale Rolodex. Sourcing and Cultivating Qualified Talent AAESC pro-actively identifies and approaches individuals whose experience, credentials, skills and accomplishments are appropriate for the position.  We procure resumes and accumulate the largest possible pool before the evaluation process begins.  Subsequently, we utilize a numeric scoring system based on your performance expectations to narrow the field to a semifinal group of eight to ten. AAESC Value Add –This document becomes a valuable management tool with a real time analysis of;  Overall industry & marketplace Perception of the client’s organization Overview and insights of the competitive landscape, and  Compensation study comparing expectations in the market. Ongoing Weekly Progress Reports AAESC will provide the client with ongoing, weekly progress reports from the beginning of Phase 2, until an offer has been extended and accepted.  The report contains detailed summary of work which has been completed, including number of calls made, resumes received and more, as well as an outline of next steps for the upcoming week. AAESC Search Process PHASE 3: Time To Final  Candidate Selection 45 Days PHASE 3: Candidate Selection, Negotiation, and Placement Expected Time to Client Selection of Final Candidate – 45 Business Days from Client Approval of the Search Specification CIDS Interviews by AAESC Chronological In-Depth Structured (CIDS) telephone interviews are conducted by an AAESC partner. AAESC Value Add – Interviews are performed by AAESC partner(s) Reference and Background Checks Fifty-eight point reference checks as part of a 360 °  candidate review are performed by an AAESC partner.  In addition, a comprehensive background check is performed by Secure Solutions International. AAESC Value Add – Candidates are fully researched and validated before presented to the client as finalists Final Candidate Presentation for Client Acceptance Detailed report provided on each of the finalists.  These finalists will be qualified, motivated and willing to make the move.  They will also have realistic compensation expectations, and the right motivation to join your team. AAESC Value Add – Candidates are presented in one consistent format that includes evaluation beyond simple technical and professional competence.

Each decision maker involved in the client interviews receives a full candidate presentation packet on each candidate in advance of the actual face-to-face. Offer Brokered, Extended, and Accepted Upon completion of the interviewing process, we will work closely with you in developing the strategy of an offer for the selected candidate. Before joining Allen Austin, Jim was a Vice President with a generalist retained search firm in Houston, TX.  Prior to joining this firm, he was an accomplished business owner and senior executive in the healthcare products field and  brings over thirty years of experience working with clients in a broad span of industries to help them reach their business objectives.  Jim’s executive search consulting experience ranges from working with mid level firms to multimillion companies.  His clients have been CEO’s, Presidents, Chancellor’s and has worked with search committees that were comprised of high level executives as well as prominent civic leaders. Biographical Profile – Rob Andrews, cont’d The early years in Rob’s career included two years in search with Roth Young and thirteen years in retail, nine of which were spent with Safeway Stores Incorporated. In 1975, Rob became the youngest store manager in the history of two divisions of Safeway. He quickly developed a reputation for his ability to drive sales and net profit in each of his six assignments as store manager.     Rob completed an undergraduate degree, attending classes on weekends, at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, while managing the southwestern division for National Convenience Stores in 1991.
