1) A detailed feasibility study and project charter will be carried out and approved by management for the design of a SNG plant. 2) The design will incorporate all engineering standards and be approved internally and by the Pakistani government. Tenders will be floated and evaluated. 3) The project will then be broken down into components to be executed parallel to reduce the lead time, such as separate work on an LPG storage tank and firefighting system.
Phases

Phase 1: We shall be carryingout a detailedfeasibilitystudyalongwiththe developmentof aProjectCharter; bothof themshall be approvedbythe Technical DirectorandSite Director.Aftergettingholdof the approval itwill be the designingof the SNGPlant forthe site whichshall incorporate all the Global EngineeringStandardsandGovernmentStandardsrequiredforthe project.The designwill require approval frominternal andexternal stake holdersi.e.atsite level andfromthe Governmentof Pakistan. Capex Managerwill be floatingtendersandbe developingacomparative statementwhichshallbe approvedbythe ProjectManger of site.The vendorwill be providedwithaUser Requirement Specificationwhichthe partywill have toacceptwith5 Workingdays.Failingtodo so will disqualifythe party andthe nextlowestquotationwillbe entertained ExecutionTeam: ProjectEngineer1,Capex Manger Approval Team: Site Director,Technical Director,ProjectManager,Financial Controller Phase 2: The detailsmentionedinthe URSwill be breakdownintodifferentcomponentsandwillbe carriedout parallel inordertoreduce the leadtime.Asan example:LPGStorage tankand Fire fightingbothwillbe carriedout as a separate jobi.e.will notbe a pre-requisiteof eachother.
