This document presents a framework for continuously monitoring and evaluating corporate social responsibility strategies. It consists of a 6 phase process: 1) Scanning to identify trends, 2) Monitoring to track changes in indicators, 3) Forecasting anticipated outcomes, 4) Assessing significance of changes, 5) Targeting areas for improvement, and 6) Developing and implementing corrective action plans. The goal is to provide companies a standardized way to benchmark CSR policies and programs, identify gaps, and optimize benefits. Each phase is described in detail, outlining concepts, tasks, and objectives. The framework is intended to facilitate organizational change and performance improvement through transparency, best practices, and stakeholder communication.
