This paper presents a novel framework for optimizing resource management within cognitive radio networks (CRN) integrated into Internet-of-Things (IoT) systems over 5G networks. It emphasizes the importance of effective topology construction and resource allocation strategies to improve quality of service while mitigating the limitations associated with existing methodologies. The proposed model outperforms existing solutions in terms of throughput and response time, addressing challenges such as dynamic user environments and energy efficiency in IoT applications.
