This document describes a framework developed for a property development company to assess and report on the sustainability performance of its property portfolio using a Triple Bottom Line approach. The framework uses 9 key performance indicators covering environmental/natural, social/human, and financial impacts. Projects are scored on a scale for each indicator, and must provide evidence to justify the scores. The framework allows for the unique context of different projects while focusing on outputs rather than requiring specific input data. It provides an overview of sustainability performance that can be used for internal discussion and external reporting. In addition, the company's internal processes are evaluated to identify areas for improving sustainability at the project level.
