The prime job functions : • Making & Comparing Power Point Presentations of Pre & Post Optimization- RSCP, Ec/Io, PSC,RSSI,TX POWER,BLER etc. • Involved in analyzing Coverage, Quality, and Handovers of the network and Height reduction of GSM Antenna. • RF Physical Optimization by Antenna up tilting, down tilting and reorientation. • Data Analyzing & maintaining the network performance report • Find the coverage of the network & to verify different Parameters e.g. RSCP, P-SC. • Ec/Io, BLER , HSDPA,HSUPA, Cell ID as per defined by the operator. • Analysis of Video call, Voice call, HSDPA & HSUPA for Data Speed Through TEMS , R-99 • RSRP ,RSRQ ,CINR,BLER ,CQI,PCI,PDSCH PUSCH Throughput for LTE. • Ping and Attach Dettach Process for LTE Network. • Analysis of ICR testing • Check report of SCFT, Cluster report, • Analyzing and troubleshooting the worst performing cells based on high drop call rate, high Handover failure, poor call success rate, Poor uplink and downlink Quality in Network/BSC to improve the overall KPIs by using various Network monitoring Reports • Improving the performance of BSC by checking the alarm reports of sites. • Handling of interference issues by change of frequency, parameter of site & neighboring sites, antenna orientation • Analysis of Statistics and Drive tests Data for monitoring the performance of the network and generate report of the findings. • Improving the identified problems through hardware change, antenna change, antenna refinement like down/up tilts, change orientation & radiation center height. Parameter changes for Handover and Power control, addition of missing neighbors. • Troubleshooting of the network based on customer complaints. Responsibility: • Drive test Log file analysis and call testing, handling customer complaints, cluster drive and physical optimization, handover check for GSM , WCDMA And LTE. • Site Selection – Identify Suitable Site Location for Optimum Coverage. • Perform Technical Site Survey – Identify Antenna Location, Height and Direction. • Checking the RF feeder swap during Drive Test for GSM and WCDMA and LTE . • Study & analysis of parameters like C/I, Rx Level, Rx Quality, etc. for GSM. • Study & analysis of parameters like CPICH RSCP, CPICH Ec/No, SIR, RSSI, for WCDMA.
