Mr. Robinson is a Chartered Civil engineer who has spent his whole career working in the water sector out of
which more than 25 years has been in the management of Projects in the water and wastewater sector in the
UK, Eastern Europe, Iraq and Turkey. Mr Robinson is also familiar and experienced in the preparation and
implementation of Projects in accordance with EC Directives in the environment sector. His area of expertise
covers the preparation of Master Plans, Feasibility Reports and tender documents. Also the supervision of
contracts including organizing and conducting formal training sessions and workshops for public authorities.
Several of these projects also included the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments & solid waste
disposal, which were undertaken by other Key Experts
Moreover, Mr Robinson is an experienced Team Leader with a proven track record in Eastern Europe (working
on EU funded Projects), as will as other major water projects in Turkey, Iraq and in the UK. He is effective at
creating, motivating and leading teams on special projects, including management of expatriate and local
specialists and liaison with team members and partners. Mr. Robinson has proven written and oral
communication skills covering plans, reports, appraisals, and communication with project partners and
beneficiaries through workshops and training programmes. He is fully familiar with all EU/IFI procedures and
reporting requirements and he has extensive experience in TA for coordination of preparation of Tender
Dossiers and Evaluation of Tenders for Waste Water and Water Infrastructure Projects.
During his career, he has had assignments as Team Leader, Project Manager, Task Manager and Senior
Design Engineer, under which he developed project applications to be financed by ISPA/IFI or budgetary funds.
