1. This document provides guidelines for submitting abstracts to the EUBC&E 2013 conference. Abstracts must be submitted online by January 21, 2013 and can be up to 1 page plus optional additional pages.
2. The abstract should include the topic and subtopic, title, authors and affiliations, purpose, approach, results, and conclusions. Presenting authors are responsible for the submission and must register for the conference.
3. Abstracts will be reviewed based on content, innovation, and quality, and authors will be notified by the end of March 2013 if their abstract is accepted for an oral or poster presentation. Accepted presenters must then submit a full paper and register for the conference.
