Everyone must undergo a series of learning in any form to be equipped with necessary skills, knowledge and attitude in order to succeed. That's the reason why education is pushed through even with the global lockdowns of educational facilities at this time of pandemic. Students, who are still in the process of learning, are forced to cope with the situation without having proper time to adjust; and that's where the Narcin Research Company enters. The Narcin Research offers a variety of academic support for the students to lessen their workloads. We help students manage their time by reducing the number of tasks they need to meet before deadlines. The narcin research also enables students who are proficient in their academics to work part time. Since jobs are scarce in this pandemic, it is a good opportunity for the students to support their own finances. Aside from thinking about safety and struggles in their family, mental health, and finances due to the pandemic, they are also piled up with academic workloads. There are also students who have problems with their gadgets and internet connection that results in failure to comply with deadlines. For some that were able to meet their academic workloads, issues such as lack of learning and shallow understanding of their course work are experienced. Due to this reason, a large number of students are left behind. In addition, due to the increasing poverty in the country paired with the lack of job opportunities due to the pandemic, many students are worried on where to get the financial support either for academic expenses or for their basic needs. Many of which fled to offering freelance work where they are exploited with low payment and heavy workload. As a result, many academic minds are burdened with financial obligations and a lack of proper acknowledgement. Proposed Solution: Narcin Research provides support to the students by creating a platform where students can connect with each other, not for social interactions but for academic purposes. Agents and writers that will provide the academic support will come from freelance writers that have met job qualifications. A screening and training process will be employed in order to ensure that student freelance writers are well-versed prior to taking any orders. Through this, the company caters to the timely financial needs of students who are unable to find an income source. Narcin research also offers tutoring, assignments, projects, research papers, essays and other academic related workloads. By providing these services, students will be able to focus more on other things whether it's job related or health issues. Through this, students who are having difficulties with their academics or are unsatisfied with their learnings will be able to relive the beauty of learning with little to no pressure. - 9. 9 [Legalities Terms and Condition Payments procedure For academic services: ● 50% payment upon processing; ● 50% payment upon completion; ● Clients who fail to comply with payment terms will receive a sanction; For Tutoring Services: ● 50% payment at contract signing; ● Remaining balance needed to fulfill before the contract completed; ● Clients who fail to comply with payment will receive a sanction; The initial payment is needed as down payment for the service of the writer. It also ensures the client’s approval concerning the demanded academic support. To ensure that our client will follow the guideline for our payment procedure, a sanction will be imposed if: 1. The client retracts the order upon completion. 2. Payment was not transferred. 3. Payment transferred was lacking. Terms of this contract: For the Academic Services, once a writer and a client agree on the service to be provided, the initial payment will be needed for the order to start. The final payment can be fulfilled when the said service is reviewed by the company and is received by the client. For our Tutoring services, the client will be given options on how long the service will be provided and the difficulty and depth of the discussion and tutoring. The writer will then be given a contract concerning the duration and price of the service. The company will mediate between their specifications and ensure that terms are equivalent to the requirements of the tutoring service. Upon agreement, a binding contract will be given to both parties to ensure compliance. Cancellation: For academic services: ● Only 50% of the said down payment will be available for refund; For Tutoring Services: ● Initial payment is non-refundable; ● Cancellation of contract prior to the end of the initial term will require payment for all contracted services due to the end of the contract period.
- 10. 10 Exceptions: If it has been proven that the quality of service yielded by the tutor is not equivalent to its price. This may happen in the occurrence of; ● Consecutive missed or late tutoring sessions ● Lack of a Study Plan upon which the tutoring service is based upon ● Materials lacking or not given to the client ● Tutor does not explain the lessons nor attend to the questions of the client In the event that the cancellation is due to the Tutor’s incompetence or unprofessionalism, a 100% fine will be imposed on the agent and 75% refund will be given to the client.. We will not encourage cancellation in our services because it can be a burden for both parties so we create a rule that only half of the initial payment on our Academic services will be available to refund in case of cancellation for any reason. Our Tutoring services, we will not refund any amount in case of cancellation and clients will require payment for all contracted services due to the end of the contract period. Other: Final terms and conditions will be provided in the contract for services.
