ProceduresQuality Assurance Procedures To insure complete customer satisfaction we will: ● Maintain Communication with the customer throughout the project ● Perform a pre-construction inspection ● Perform a Quality Assurance inspection at critical application points ● Perform job performance reviews ● Issue a written Service Warranty PRECONSTRUCTION CHECK LIST CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS □ To be provided a beautiful, leak free roof. □ The job site will be maintained and left in a clean & orderly manner. □ Drain covers and drains will be cleaned, allowing proper water flow. □ No damage to property of customer or any of their patrons or employees. □ To have installed the roofing system contracted for. □ Any unforeseen items will be properly addressed to insure the long term success of the roof □ To be notified of any additional charges and reason for such charges, before charges are incurred □ To receive a written breakdown of any additional charges □ To receive daily reports, rain or shine, from the crew foreman. □ Additional: CREW EXPECTATIONS □ Customer will accompany QAS on a pre-installation inspection □ Crew will have access to the roof whenever weather permits us to work □ Customer will move cars or obstacles as needed for safe, trouble free roof installation □ We will be able to speak to our contact everyday, rain or shine from start to finish of job □ Customer will have dumpster available if needed □ Drain lines and downspouts are clean and unobstructed □ We will be allowed, under our T&M Rider to address anything unusual or unexpected □ Upon completion of our
