- 1. Walk Through: Action Based Filter in eApps Finding Relevant Candidates from Applicants to your Job Posting
- 2. Go to eApps to view applications to the job you posted on Naukri
- 3. Step 1: Go to Manage filters for this job
- 4. Step 1: Go to Manage filters for this job
- 6. Set “Keyword”, “Experience”, “Salary”, “Location” based filters Keyword Experience Current Salary Current Location
- 7. Set additional filters based on “Functional Area”, “Industry” and “Education” of candidates Current Functional Area Current Industry Educational Details
- 8. You can also filter candidates based on their responses to your Custom Questions Applicant responses to Custom Questions
- 9. Specify the actions to be taken for matching resumes Specify System Folder to move matching candidates Email matching candidate CVs to upto 5 email IDs Copy Matching candidate CVs to eApps Personal Folders for future reference Auto-reply to matching Candidates
