To add a YouTube video to a Sloodle topic/week block: 1. Turn on editing and click the cog wheel where you want to add the video 2. Click the Moodle Media icon in the HTML editor toolbar and search for or upload the YouTube video 3. Select the video, and it will be inserted as a description; the video will display after saving and returning to the course.

- 3. 2. Click on the cog wheel in the topic/week block where you want to add your video
- 4. 3. On the toolbar of the HTML/Text editor, click the Moodle Media icon (film reel)
- 5. 4. Click FIND OR UPLOAD A SOUND OR VIDEO APPLET.
- 6. 5. In the file picker, select youtube video, and type in a search term or paste the url from the youtube video. Click search. Your video should appear.
- 7. 6. Choose the video and click select this file. Then click insert. A description will appear in the box (rather than the video). You will see the video when you click SAVE AND RETURN TO COURSE at the bottom of the page.
