METHODOLOGY
O1. DOCUMENTARY RESEARCH ACTIVITIES (DESKWORK)
Leading institution: XXXXX XXXXXXX (IT)
Participating institutions: All partner organizations
Duration: M1 to M3
Description: Intellectual Output 1 is the initial phase of the project. It will consist of the
collection of data based on scientific evidence through formal research methodologies. This
intellectual Output is divided into two specific actions:
A1. Formal evidence-based data collection and literature review.
Duration: M1 to M2.
Description: The partner university institutions should carry out a literature review to find
out the state of the art on the project topic in their respective countries (Spain, Portugal,
Italy, Romania and Ireland). Partner X will collaborate by making its documentary fund
available to the consortium.
The topics on which the bibliographic research should be focused on are: Legal framework,

ASSURANCE
To ensure a high-quality during project implementation, the following TOOLS &
PROCEDURES will be implemented:
● A quality assurance plan (mention what sections will include: roles and
responsibilities, work plan, standards, instruments, meetings, etc)
● Tasks the Quality Plan includes: define quality and evaluation parameters and
criteria, collect information on deliverables and reports, collect quantitative and
qualitative data, check the milestones indicators, create instruments to
collect data, etc.
● A Quality Assurance committee will be established
● A Management Committee will be established

III. IMPACT
UCAM counts with highly professional equipment and infrastructure available
inside the campus.
It has a wide media coverage at regional and local levels. First of all, the
newspaper “LA VOZ DE UCAM” and Regional TV “Popular TV”. Thanks to
our professional contacts that UCAM has with the Spanish newspapers “20
minutos”, “La Razón” and the regional radio channel.
As concerning digital media, we would use UCAM’s Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn and Twitter profiles.
A specific Dissemination Strategy will be duly explained by UCAM (ES).
Multiplier Sport Events (E) will play a fundamental role in the visibility and
local impact related to the intellectual outputs.
A pool of following instruments & activities will be set (…)
The sustainability of the project products is based in the specific design of the
online tools, which would be accessible via the project website. Some of the
participating universities are discussing… (use of the course).
the online tools would be designed and produced as an Open Educational
Resource (O.E.R.)

As concerning digital media, we would use UCAM’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter profiles. A specific Dissemination Strategy will be duly explained by UCAM (ES). Multiplier Sport Events (E) will play a fundamental role in the visibility and local impact related to the intellectual outputs. A pool of following instruments & activities will be set (…) The sustainability of the project products is based in the specific design of the online tools, which would be accessible via the project website. Some of the participating universities are discussing… (use of the course). the online tools would be designed and produced as an Open Educational Resource (O.E.R.) SUSTAINABILITY DISSEMINATION
