This document provides guidance for account discovery and profiling (AD&P) for Inside Sales agents in fiscal year 2010 (FY10). It outlines the background, design principles, targets, and framework for conducting basic account discovery, deployment discovery, compete discovery, and input/output (IO) discovery. The targets section specifies completion goals for different discovery elements ranging from 80-100% of accounts.
