This paper presents an advanced diffusion approach to dynamic load balancing in cloud storage systems, aiming to enhance performance by efficiently distributing loads among nodes of varying capacities. It introduces the 'going vertical principle' to break complex networks into simpler clusters, allowing fair and effective load distribution without depending on central nodes. Evaluations via mathematical analysis and simulations demonstrate that the proposed method significantly improves throughput and response time compared to traditional centralized and diffusion techniques.
