This document provides instructions for uploading grades to a report card in Aeries, an online grading system. It outlines 11 steps for teachers to follow: 1) log into their Aeries account, 2) click "Grades" and select the period, 3) load grades from the gradebook, 4) navigate through screens by clicking "Next", 5) adjust the grading scale if needed, 6) import grades or make adjustments, 7) edit individual records, 8) add citizenship and work habit comments in mass, 9) populate those comments, and 10) click "Done Editing" when finished.

Uploading Grades to Aeries.net (not SBG)

- 2. ! Grades! ! 1. Log in to your Aeries account 2. Click on the word Grades on the le: side of Aeries (see above). You should see the screen shot on the next page.
- 3. ! Period! ! Load!from! Gradebook! Student Names are here ! 3. To change periods click the drop down menu where it says Period (see above). 4. When you have the period that you wish to work with click on load from Gradebook (see above). You should now see the screen on the next page.
- 4. ! Next! ! ! 5. Make sure the correct period is showing, if it isn’t select it by clicking on the drop down menu and choose the correct period then click next (see above). You should now see the screenshot on the next page.
- 5. ! 6. Click next again (located in the same place as last Nme you clicked next). You will now see the screenshot on the next page.
- 6. ! 7. You can adjust the grading scale here if you don’t like the breakdown of the percentages. Once the percentages are how you like them click next and you will see the screen shot on the next page.
- 7. ! Import!Grades! Student names are here ! 8. If everything look good click the words Import Grades, if not click Cancel and start again. Don’t forget you can adjust anything in the next screen if you need to. See the next screenshot on the next page.
- 8. ! 9. If you need to adjust grades or comments you can go to Edit all Records (see above). Please don’t forget you do need to do Ci3zenship and Work Habits as well as Comments if a student is in Danger of Failing. Check out the screenshot on the next page. e Student names are here ! - 9. Student names are here ! Mass!Add! Values! 10. On this screen you can Mass add CIT and WH. Click on Mass Add Values (see above). You should see the screenshot on the next page.
- 10. 11. Click in the box for CiNzenship and Work Habits, choose your comments then click ok. It should populate as you see on the next screenshot. You can adjust these independently if you need to (for instance those that are ge]ng D’s or lower)
- 11. Student names are here ! 1. Don’t forget to click on Done Edi3ng when you are finished.
