- 13. Axpert - Approval flow Roles, responsibilities and users – You can create roles and responsibilities & attach users to them. For every transaction you can optionally define the approval flow through various roles. Condition based flow–– You can define your own conditions on how the approval flow should happen . This can be easily configured .Thdata in a single form can be init Rules - You specify rules on what a user can do when a transaction lands for approval. It may involve skipping of levels, returning or asking for clarification. Delegation – Users can also delegate tasks pending with them to other users in their absence. Exceptions –You can also define actions in case a user does not act on a transaction that has arrived for approval for more than specified time.
