 The Almaza City Center is around 260,000 m² of Built-up Area including 412 shops,
restaurants. The shopping mall also includes 200,000 m² of multi storey car park for over
4,000 cars , TR District Cooling Plant and its own 66/22 KV Substation ,A state-of-the-art
16-screen IMAX cinema complex and 1st class entertainment; Almaza has brought the first
4D cinema screens to Egypt and the first ski slope over 250m
 Lead the team of electrical drafting and engineers to ensure that the material and drawings
submittals are prepared within the targeted schedule.
 Ensure the preparation and revision of electrical shop drawings.
 Lead the team of execution engineers on site to match the approved shop drawings with a
good performance and high quality according to the project time schedule .
 Verify the correctness of electrical, builder’s workshop drawings, installation details
prepared by the draft team.
 Ensure the material submittals are prepared and submitted to obtain the consultant
approval or approval with comments and to assist the project team to obtain final
approval.
 Obtain consultant’s technical clarifications.
 Monitor performance and progress of the preparation of shop drawings in relation to the
agrees program.
 Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and/or suppliers of specialized system of
equipment.
 Prepare and make material and drawing submittals in accordance with the procurement
policy.
 Assist in the preparation, submission and follow up of applications for payments, variation
accounts and final accounts.
 Supervision of Quantities survey and invoices achievements
 Execute , Supervise and Commissioning of power system and lighting system, as( Data
system , fire alarm system,BMS System ,Publice Address System and CCTV System)
