- 2. Materials: 1.scissors 2. paper
- 3. STEP 1 Fold your coloured piece of paper so part is a triangle and the other side is a rectangle by folding the bottom corner in the middle to the side.
- 4. STEP 2 Carefully cut the the rectangle off so you are left with with the triangle.
- 5. STEP 3 Now unfold the triangle and you will find that it is a diamond.
- 6. STEP 4 Fold your diamond into a perfect rectangle.
- 7. step 5 Then fold the rectangle into a square .
- 8. STEP 6 Fold your square firmly into a triangle.
- 9. STEP 7 Then cut shapes into the sides of the triangle.
- 10. STEP 8 Then unfold your triangle and you will have your place mat.
- 11. STEP 9 Write your name neatly on the bottom.
