Projects executed are Formula 1 (fast race track project) with 56 buildings surrounding in an area of 15 sq.km, and Etihad Towers (high rise buildings comprising hotels, office and residential apartments) in UAE.

Projects executed are Sobha Daisy (high rise building-residential apartment) and Sobha Lake view club house. VIJAYA ENTERPRISE, INDIA Worked from June 2004 to December 2006 as an Electrical Supervisor reporting to Electrical Engineer. Project executed is Acme Harmony (high rise building-residential apartment). Job Profile My responsibilities consist, but not limited to the following:- Preparation & reviews for project concept. Carry out electrical design and review the electrical drawings. Carry out regular design and project reviews. Prepare the tender BOQ. Define project scope and perform project estimate. Ensure project estimates are accurate and the project scope is executable with in the budget. Preparation of specifications and BOQ for procurement. Offer the quotation from different suppliers as per the specification and BOQ. Receive, analyse and evaluate quotations suiting our requirements. Implement cost effective measures for reducing project cost. Preparation & Maintenance of Project files and documents. Conduct quantity survey and provide details of bill preparation. Review subcontractor BOQs and invoices for accuracy and completion. Verify subcontractor completed works are in line with contract requirements. Review submitted consultant and contractor proposals and submissions. Manage approval, completion of work and payment of project consultants and contractors. Study approved drawings and direct both foremen and labours to execute the work of conduiting (both PVC and GI), wiring and installation of trunking, cable trays, cable ladders and bus ducts, erection, testing and commissioning to electrical panels, transformers, DG sets, etc in HV side, and fire alarm, BMS, communication system, CCTV & door access controlling system, etc in ELV side.

Ensure that the erection and installation is completed in compliance with the client requirements viz. quality, specification, standard of material and timely execution of the work, and ensure that no material is wasted during the process of activities such as measuring, cutting materials, methods of work. Carry out various electrical works based on the time schedule of client and prepare completion schedule and submit to Project Manager on a regular basis. Educate foremen with the client forecast schedule to prepare them in advance for the work to be carried out at site on different locations. Function as a coordinator between electrical service and other MEP disciplines as well as with the MEP personnel of main contractor, consultant and client. All the while carrying out the above works, ensures safety precautions are taken care of and implemented as defined in the method statement.
