Albert Einstein
Contributions
Some of the everyday items
he invented/found:
- Paper towels
- Laser pointers
- Solar Power
- Refrigerator
Some more science related
things he invented/found:
- The quantum theory of
light
- Wave-Particle Duality
- E = mc2
Contributions
- Albert Einstein had only won one Nobel Prize, and it was in
1922 when he was 43 years old. He won the award due to his
services to Theoretical Physics, and especially for his
discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect.
- Albert Einstein is famous for devising his theory of
relativity, which revolutionized our understanding of space,
time, gravity, and the universe.
Him and the Elements
- Did you know that the element Einsteinium.
(the 99 element) It was named in honor of
Albert Einstein. Einsteinium was discovered
as a component of the debris of the first
hydrogen bomb explosion in 1952.
Him and the Elements
- In 1905, Einstein mathematically proved the existence of atoms,
and it helped revolutionize the sciences through the use of
statistics and probability.
- Not just that, he had also proved the existence of atoms by
connection with Brownian motion of tiny particles suspended
in a fluid or gas.
- Atomic theory says that any liquid is made up of molecules
(invisible in 1905).
Him and others
- Albert Einstein had helped Niels Bohr
- Marcel Grossmann and Michele
Besso which were university friends of
Albert Einstein had made important
contributions to general relativity
that Albert Einstein published in 1915.
- Valentine Bargmann a mathematical
physicist was an assistant to Albert
Einstein.
More
- Some of his work has been
improved, but not all. He was so
good at somethings that people
can’t improve his work any more.
- Arthur Patschke was a competitor
of Albert Einstein.
He was a theoretical physicist according to google,
but that’s not all! He was…
- a mathematician
- a physicist
- a doctor
- a scientist
- a small chemist
- a leader (to anti-war!)
Did you know…
- a pisces
- a small vegetarian
- half left-handed
- And… a genius!
● He had several violins in his life. The "last" violin was handed
down to his grandson, Bernhard Caesar.
Fun Facts
● You know this picture right? Well, on
Einstein's 72nd birthday (March 14, 1951) an
United Press photographer was trying to
persuade him to smile for the camera, but
having smiled for photographers many
times that day, Einstein stuck out his tongue
instead.
Lots of people had believed that Albert Einstein's brain was different. But
was it? The same day as Albert Einstein’s death, his brain was being
removed from his body (or better to say stolen) by Thomas Harvey. After
Thomas took Einstein brain, he slides it in to 200+ pieces and sent it to many
other scientists. Later on, they had discovered lots of things about Albert
Einstein’s brain and his brain was indeed peculiar. Here are some of the things:
- His brain was lighter than normal human brain.
- His brain had an above average amount of glial cells, neurons were also
more tightly packed than usual and thus possibly allowed for faster
processing of information.
- His inferior parietal lobule was wider than average.
- His brain featured an extra ridge in its mid-frontal lobe.

Quotes
- We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we
used when we created them.
- The only reason for time is so that everything doesn't
happen at once.
- Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.
The important thing is not to stop questioning.
- If we knew what it was we were doing, it would not be
called research, would it?
- I thought Albert Einstein was British.
- I thought he has won more than 1
Nobel Prize.
The End
