 My goal is to help you to help yourself - through helping
you better understand the body of knowledge, and how to
use the tools and techniques available to bring about
successful business transformations and outcomes,
sustainable change and add genuine value to your
business, staff and customers.
 ALLYGILL.CO.UKwas formally launched in September
2008, with a mission to educate the world that software
process improvement is not enough; for sustainable
commitment and robust return on investment companies
need to embrace and integrate a software process
management capability into their operations.

Key Achievements
 1996 - Architect and PM for “Experian (UK) Rapid Application & Component
Based Delivery Method”
 1998 - Creation and implementation of EDS Rolls-Royce Project Management
Handbook which standardised PM processes across the account and was
seen as a model for global best practice
 2001 - Programme Manager & Lead Architect for successful implementation
of SW-CMM Level 3 processes across EDS UK Central Solution Centre (500+
staff) in 18 months
 2004 – Business Improvement and Quality Leader for EDS EMEA
Applications Development, supporting 15000 people
 2005 - Key member of the core EDS Global Applications Delivery QMS
leadership team and author of global deployment plan (50,000 staff), with
implementation responsibility across EMEA (12,000 staff)
 2006 - Creation and implementation of Nødnett Quality Manager System and
PMO which led to restored customer faith in the project
Key Achievements
 2011 - Consultant and mentor for Lean IT Management programme in Credit-
Suisse, Zurich – directly responsible for triggering a reboot of the programme
to better align to business requirements
 2012 - Architect for the Consultancy Services model and Process
Management Framework for Credit Suisse TIS GSO Process Consultancy

 2012 - Interviewed for Bill Fox’s book – “5 Minutes to Process Improvement
Success” (interviews with 30 SPI experts)
 2014 - Author of “7 Deadly Sins of Process Improvement” – iBooks 2014
