This document summarizes a study on quality management practices related to Hatsun products. The study aims to review customer perceptions of Total Quality Management (TQM) and organizational performance at Hatsun Agro Product Ltd. An extensive literature review identified key TQM variables like quality culture, employee focus, operations focus, continuous improvement, customer focus, and competitive strategies. The study provides an integrated framework of variables important for improving quality management at Hatsun Agro. A questionnaire and interviews were used to collect primary data on socioeconomic profiles and customer perceptions of quality. The findings suggest TQM implementation is necessary for Hatsun's survival and development, and they should focus on areas like employee training to improve worker commitment.
