- 2. SCENE:1 SHOT:1 The trailer will start off with an establishing shot of the mother and daughter entering the house.
- 3. SCENE:2 SHOT:2 Medium shot of the mother and daughter entering the house
- 4. SCENE:1 SHOT:3 Long shot of the mother and daughter entering the house. I’m not to sure about this shot as I don’t think it adds anything to the scene, in terms of showing their close relationship. However I will film this scene and decide when editing.
- 5. SCENE:1 SHOT:4 This close up of the mother and daughter hugging emphasises how close these they are.
- 6. SCENE:2 SHOT:1 This is a long shot of Louise and Nicola sitting on the sofa, Louise has a letter on the table.
- 7. SCENE:2 SHOT:2 This is an extreme close up of the letter. To make this more scary I will write “MUM” on the front of the envelope.
- 8. SCENE:2 SHOT:3 Again another extreme close up, but it is Louise picking up the letter.
- 9. SCENE:2 SHOT:4 This mid shot of Louise staring at the letter shows the fear and makes the audience wonder what secret she is keeping.
- 10. SCENE:2 SHOT:5 Close up of Louise’s face emphasises the fear in her eyes. However instead of this shot I will show a close up of the letter so the audience can read what it says
- 11. SCENE:2 SHOT:6 Extreme close up of Louise scrunching the letter up. I don’t think this shot works as the audience already realise that she is scared and scrunching it up is unnecessary
- 12. SCENE:3 SHOT:1 Wide shot of Louise sitting on the bed staring at a picture of her adopted son
- 13. SCENE:3 SHOT:2 Mid shot of Louise sitting on the bed staring at the picture and saying how much she regrets what she did
- 14. SCENE:3 SHOT:3 Over the shoulder and point of view shot of the son
- 15. SCENE:3 SHOT:4 Close up of Louise’s face up. To make this shot more emotional I will shoot Louise kissing the picture instead of just holding it

- 18. SCENE:1 SHOT:3 Mid shot of Louise cooking. I think these shots are not working as they’re too long and as this is a trailer it should get to the point faster, so I might cut these cooking shots out

- 22. SCENE:4 SHOT: 7 Mid shot of Michael behind Louise holding a knife makes this scene dramatic and entices the audience to watch the film
- 23. SCENE:5 SHOT:1 Mid shot of Michael holding a knife with blood on it. Making the audience wonder if he killed Louise. This scene is good as it adds to the tension of the trailer
