Andrew Harmos is the chairman of NZX Limited and was a founding director of Harmos Horton Lusk Limited, an Auckland-based corporate legal advisory firm. He has overseen significant growth as chairman or director of several New Zealand companies including Xero, NZX, 42 Below, and Charlies, growing their valuations from millions to hundreds of millions within a few short years. A 2011 newspaper article quoted Harmos saying that New Zealand could become the "Silicon Valley of agricultural knowledge".
