   Build database of local distributors of different products

   Users will get contact details of local distributor, which bypasses the retailer, thereby

    ensuring higher margin for distributor & a good price for the users

   Ease of access of GPRS/3G in Indian metros

   Allows for updation. Data can be updated easily

   Plan to include more product categories,
    thereby making it a one stop shop for patrons
    of Andro Mart
   Also add services similar to ‘Group On’(tie up
    with utilities & offer discounts on group
    purchases)
   Allow companies the option to be listed on
    priority
How to monetize?

   Charge companies for word of mouth publicity

   Charge companies/utilities for diverting sales to them on priority

   Reverse Integration with manufacturers to become distributors for

    products sold through the app

   Build a franchisee network. Franchisees would be distributors for all

    products sold through Andro Mart
