Andy net zero emission

Andy proposes a plan to achieve net zero emissions globally by cutting all fossil fuels, investing heavily in renewable fuels and transportation infrastructure, and building electric power plants to replace those using fossil fuels. The estimated costs are $9 trillion per year and $450 trillion total, but the plan would reduce annual carbon emissions by 25 billion tons and keep global warming below 1.5 degrees Celsius by reducing greenhouse gas levels to 120 parts per million.
