Organize Equipment for Food Preparation, Assist in Presentation of Food, Receive and
Store Goods, Clean and Maintain Equipment and Premises, Maintaining Hygienic
Standards and practice.
Management/ Strategic Planning
Take part in the Strategic Planning and development, Assist With the development of
new product and service and Quality management system.
Finance Management
Chemical Cost control and Manage financial matter.
Purchasing/Stock
Manage purchasing and stock control in conjunction with Purchasing
manager/Executive chef and director F&B.
Safety/Cleaning/Maintenance
Manage safety, cleaning and Maintenance, Maintain safe and secure working
environment, Maintain snag list and Sanitation list.
STRENGTHS
Strong interpersonal, learning and organizing skills. Ability to lead a team by example
and motivate them to achieve desired.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:-
• Secondary Passed in RBSC board.
COMPUTER SKILL PROFICIENCY:-
• Working knowledge of Microsoft
