This document summarizes a digital marketing campaign conducted by APM Digital for Retail Manager. The objectives were to raise awareness of Retail Manager's retail operations software, reduce sales cycles, and obtain customer meetings. APM Digital ran a multi-channel campaign including direct mail, email, web ads and social media. This resulted in 6 customer meetings, 4 proposals, increased brand awareness and new relationships. Lessons included only providing valuable information, ensuring the website reinforced messaging, and being tactical in follow up communications to drive results.
