A capacity of unit is 38 MBPD for producing Propane, Butane & Feed for C5-C6 Isom&Platformer Units. The Gas Plant was single train integrated unit consists of De- Ethaniser, De-Propaniser, De-Butaniser and De-Isohexaniser. Amine regeneration unit. The capacity of unit is 2.4 MBPD which used MDEA. ARU was single train integrated unit that received Rich amine from LPG Absorber and regenerate into Lean amine. The unit was designed to recover 920 lbs per hr of H2S. Light naphtha Isomerization unit. The capacity of unit is 12.5 MBPD. Penex increases the octane number and remove Benzene. Molex removes low octane N-Paraffins from the product and recycles them to Penex. Isom product is 89 RON, 85 MON gasoline blend component. ATTA CHEMICALS (PVT) LIMITED. (From March 2011 to December 2012) As a “Field Operator” on Sulphuric Acid Plant. The capacity of plant is 150 ton per day; Contact Process is used to produce Sulphuric Acid by the use of Vanadium Penta-oxide catalyst. SO3 absorbed in sulphuric acid therefore it is kept at a controlled concentration (usually 98%) by the addition of water. OBJECTIVE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES (4 years of Working)
- 2. Responsible for smooth plant operation as per SOP. Ensure smooth startup& shut down activities. Handling emergencies like Power, Steam, Instrument Air & Cooling Water Failure. Ensure equipment and Plant safety& usage of fire extinguisher in case of incident. Ensure permissive actions of hot & cold job and allied maintenance activities. Ensure sampling activity safely and on time and maintaining field log sheets. Take part in commissioning activities of Accumulators, Air Cooler Fans, Columns, Pumps and Steam Turbines.
