Academic Program Review (APR) is a periodic internal review process of all degree programs and non-degree entities at Ferris State University. It is required for reaccreditation and ensures programs align with the university's mission and are up to date. Programs are reviewed on a six-year cycle through self-studies by Program Review Panels, which are then reviewed by the Academic Program Review Council who makes recommendations for programs. The APR process provides guidelines and resources to help programs complete comprehensive self-studies and reviews for continuous improvement.
