- 19. I encountered this question in one of the online exam that I purchased. I'm confused coz I believe that in Neoplasm you need to code primary CA in second position and secondary CA in first position. ANSWER Cushing’s Syndrome (255.0) Coding

Immunotherapy Injection Sequencing Scenario: - Pt. comes in for immunotherapy injections. - 95117 (multiple) dx. 477.8 and has an allergic reaction to the serum 995.0. - Physician is called in and therefore ov needs to be charged. Q: Would the order be the E/M first with principal dx 995.0 or the reason for the encounter which was the injection IT. 95117 ANSWER
