This document provides information on two jewelry making classes - a wire wrapping bracelet class on April 4th from 10am to 2pm for $45, and an etched pendant class on April 19th from 10am to 2pm for $65. The bracelet class teaches basic wire wrapping and soldering skills to create a simple copper bracelet. The pendant class teaches metal etching techniques and construction of a birdhouse pendant with a small bird. Required tools are provided but students can bring their own as well.

- 1. Date: Saturday April 4th Time: 10am -2 P.M. Class Fee: $45.00 Class Description: We start this project with a round piece of copper wire and finish with a few basic wire wraps. Brush up on your soldering skills with this project. The perfect simple bracelet to kick off the spring. Tools: All the materials are included in the price of this class. Please bring wire wrapping pliers chasing hammer if you have one and your bench block if you have one. If you have special beads bring them too but you know I have lots of beads in our community bead bowl. Leather & Brass Bracelet
- 2. Date: Sunday April 19th 2015 Time: 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. Class Fee: $65.00 Class Description: Ever wonder how people get those pretty etched patterns in metal? This class is a 2 for one. We will first learn how to etch a simple pattern in the metal and then learn how to construct this cute little bird house. And we couldn’t call it “Twitter” without adding the funky little bird that we will be making. Tools: I have all the tools you will need to make this pendant. But if you would like to bring yours feel free. Texturing hammers, bail making pliers or round nose pliers. Twitter Etched Pendant
