- 4. AND It was time to find out who the 25 were…
- 5. Ester Martinez, Richard Wellins, Founder & Editor-in-Chief, People Matters & Senior Vice President, DDI welcomed the audience and acquainted them with the ‘Are You In The List’ journey.
- 6. After the warm welcome from the organizers, it was now time to hear Manish Choudhary, Managing Director, Pitney Bowes deliberate on the young CEO’s view of the Human Resources function.
- 7. The thought provoking speech was followed by a spectacular motivational talk by Harsha Bhogle, on the plethora of lessons for HR from the field of sports.
- 8. And now, the moment had arrived. The judges and sponsors were being taken to the dias to announce results. Kedar Vashi, Head of Learning, & Aquil Busrai, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Aquil Busrai Consulting get ready to announce the first from the list!
- 9. The first ‘Are You In The List’ award was presented to Aishwarya Datta of ICICI Lombard. She is Manager HR currently and believes that HR should play the role of an employee champion, maintaining a balance between the organizational and human aspect.
- 10. The judges and sponsors were as excited about going up on the stage as those who won! Here we see… Prosenjit Aich, Aditya Birla Finance & NS Rajan, Ernst & Young getting ready to felicitate the winners!
- 11. The industry veterans who were presenting the awards also graced the audience with a few thoughts from their side before going on to announce the results.
- 12. Each winner took the opportunity to thank team People Matters and other organizers for the felicitation as well. It was definitely a moment of glory since ‘Are You In The List’ is the first initiative of its kind in India.
- 13. Smita Affinwala, Head- Condulting, DDI India was called upon to present the awards to the winners, and she spoke to the audience about the entire experience and thought that went behind the competency assessment stage.
- 14. Ester Martinez of People Matters took a break after announcing 10 winners to interact with the audience. Many industry stalwarts present had views on the initiative and made it a point to put those forward. Here we see Shampi Venkatesh of NIIT expressing her views.
- 15. Followed by some more winning moments and winning smiles!
- 16. With all the award winners announced, NS Rajan, Global Partner, People and Organizations, Ernst & Young addressed the audience with the valedictory speech.
