While AI could greatly benefit society, experts like Elon Musk and Stephen Hawking warn that advanced AI poses existential risks to humanity if not properly addressed. A potential downside is that many jobs may be replaced by automation, putting over 137 million jobs in Southeast Asia alone at risk over the next 20 years.
