ARUN VISHWANATH – EXECUTIVE COACH, HR CONSULTANT & LEARNING FACILITATOR
Arun Vishwanath is a passionate HR professional who has his interests in Executive Coaching, HR and
Learning & OD interventions. In his corporate work experience spanning over 20 years, he has worked
in hotels, cruiselines, retail and other service industries. Arun has been involved with development
and deployment of HR & Learning strategies for some of the biggest and well-known organisations.
He has worked in the areas of Business and Service Excellence. He is a certified Assessor for IMC
RBNQA Business Excellence which is based on Malcolm Baldridge criteria from the US and has been
an Assessor for the Affirmative Action programme of the Tata group.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Arun was the General Manager – Human Resources & Organisational Learning at Infiniti Retail –
Croma – A Tata Enterprise prior to starting on his own. Handling the Corporate HR and Organisational
Learning initiatives of a young Tata company, with a team of over 50 HR & Learning professionals.
Prior to joining Infiniti Retail, Arun was Head - Training, at Raymond Retail, part of the Raymond group.
Responsible for conceptualising, designing and implementation of the Learning, Training and
Employee Development initiatives at Raymond Retail. He was also Corporate Head of Training and
Development with RKHS (now Sodexo). He has worked as “Hotel Services Trainer” with P&O Princess
Cruises for 6 years. Prior to this, Arun has worked in the hospitality industry as a Training Manager,
Lobby and Restaurant Manager with Holiday Inn hotels at Pune and Hyderabad.
